Getting clients in our field is quite different than if we were selling other services - like driving lessons for instance. Being shadow-banned, censored and not able to advertise at most places where people hang out online - we are faced with the insane challenges of fighting algorithms, stereotypes, shame, and even the fact that most people do not know that our profession exists.
